1. When the plate is processed, it will burst.

Analysis reasons:

(1) saw blade performance is not good, there are flying teeth or disk deformation.

(3) the saw blade is too dull.

(4) the tooth number is too small or the tooth shape is not suitable.

(5) poor quality of board.

Treatment:

(1) replace the saw blade, the original saw blade needs to be serviced.

(2) raise saw blades or replace blades with larger diameter.

(3) replace the saw blade, and the original saw blade needs sharpening.

Analysis reasons:

(3) the width of the auxiliary saw blade is less than the width of the main saw.

(4) the center line of the main saw and the auxiliary saw does not coincide.

(5) the surface of the plate is uneven or deformed.

Treatment:

(1) replace the auxiliary saw blade, and the original auxiliary saw blade needs to be serviced.

(2) replace the auxiliary saw blade, and the original auxiliary saw blade needs sharpening.

(3) adjust the width of the auxiliary saw blade to ensure that the processing width of the auxiliary saw is wider than that of the main saw.

(4) adjust the left and right positions of the secondary saw to ensure that the center of the main saw and the secondary saw overlap.

(5) select the standard plate.

3. There are scratches on the cutting surface.

Analysis reasons:

(1) saw blade performance is not good, there are flying teeth or disk deformation.

(2) the equipment spindle is unstable or worn.

(3) the feeding speed is too fast, resulting in the impact deformation of the blade disc.

Treatment:

(1) replace the saw blade, the original saw blade needs to be serviced.

(2) adjust the equipment and replace the spindle.

(3) the appropriate feeding speed is adopted.

4. There are charred marks on the workpiece.

Analysis reasons:

(1) the saw blade is too dull.

(2) the blade performance is not good, and the thickness of alloy is too small.

(3) the material contains too much oil or magazines.

(4) poor drainage.

(5) the speed is too fast or the feeding speed is too slow.

(6) excessive number of saw blades.

Treatment:

(1) replace the saw blade, and the original saw blade needs sharpening.

(2) replace the saw blade, the original saw blade needs to be serviced.

(3) replace the material or remove the oil.

(4) to ensure the processing of cuttings during processing.

(5) adjust the speed of the equipment, and use appropriate feeding speed to process.

(6) to select the appropriate tooth number of saw blade processing.

5. When the plate is overlapped, the intermediate plate will burst.

Analysis reasons:

(1) the equipment cannot be compressed.

6. Saw blade broken teeth.

Analysis reasons:

(1) the strength of the back of the saw blade is not enough or the welding temperature is too high to affect the rigidity of the teeth.

(2) the feeding speed is too fast or uneven.

(3) the saw blade is too dull.

(4) there are very hard impurities or foreign objects in the material.

Treatment:

(1) replace the saw blade, the original saw blade does not meet the processing requirements.

(2) the proper feeding speed is adopted.

(3) replace the saw blade, and the original saw blade needs sharpening.

(4) change the material with homogeneous material.
