It causes large deformation during heat treatment, poor hardenability, and long cracking time for tempering. Economical materials such as T8A, T10A, and T12A are manufactured for the tool.
3. Compared with carbon tool steel, alloy tool steel has high heat resistance, good wear resistance, good processing performance, and heat deformation temperature suitable for manufacturing high-grade Alloy circular saw blade at 300°C-400°C.
